As you can see in the article we are going to have a new pilot school in Jerez, bringing students from other parts of the world.

In this article we can see that they are looking to invest 70 m€ in Jerez Airport. They will be making the AVE train stop, new car park and bigger terminal. By year 2012 the job will be finished. They are looking at 6 m passengers as the main target. This should bring guests to our apartment and houses.

Ryanair is now increasing flights to Jerez (Costa de la Luz), where we provide accommodation.
We are going to have now daily flights to London Stansted and have the Frankfurt connection back.

We are hoping to have more german customers renting our apartment in Jerez and other houses.

This weekend we had a swedish golf player that came to Jerez to play the PGA European Challenge Golf Tour. The golf player came with his caddy, coach and other members of his team.

He play at the Sherry Golf Jerez and they found accommodation at our apartment.

We hope to have more golf players soon.
